My family and I had an unfortunate event and CSG locksmith helped us! We were locked out from our vacation rental because the property management did not issue us keys for the mechanical locks, and we mistakenly the main door lock being directly connected to the digital "smart lock" located above it. Fortunately the rental agency brought us Century Security Group, and they actually helped us while they were in their pajamas (it was midnight)! Century Security Group was a couple who helped us calm down by treating us like friends and were able to help us get back into our rental within 5-minutes. Thank you!

The locksmith was prompt arriving in less than 10 minutes because he was nearby fortunately. Copying and programming the chip took less than 5 minutes. I also appreciate that he had excellent manners, wore a mask and was bilingual. I will definitely recommend his services and use him in the future. 5
